A night at the Hasti lean-to in the forest (for 1-4 people) is an experience that is also perfect for novice wilderness hikers. Pets are welcome. Reserved for your private use.
Upon arrival, you will be guided to the lean-to. You can bring your own sleeping gear or rent equipment with advance reservation.
Experience a wilderness-inspired overnight stay at a lean-to in the forest near the 300-year-old Tuukkala farm, 25 kilometers from Mikkeli. The traditional lean-to is located in the middle of pure Finnish nature, yet close to the road.
The Hasti lean-to has a campfire site with firewood, a coffee pot and a stove for self-catering. If necessary, you can get help making a fire. During a forest fire warning, we do not make open fires. In that case, a gas stove is in use. The lean-to has air mattresses. Mosquito nets guarantee a sweet sleep while keeping little friends away. There is a wood stove near the lean-to.
The kitchen and toilet and shower facilities of the Tuukkala farm apartment are available for use, one kilometer from the lean-to.
